This license terminates when you delete such content from the Service.

Neither ShopCompare nor its suppliers and licensors make any warranty that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ShopCompare, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if ShopCompare has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in San Francisco, California, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes.

The prevailing party in any arbitration or other proceeding arising under these Terms shall be entitled to receive reimbursement of its reasonable expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees, expert witness fees, and all other expenses) incurred in connection therewith.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect our intellectual property rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
